It is better than going to an attorney in most cases and shelling out thousands of dollars, and no real help is given. In most cases we have found just making a letter of urgency to the right people can stop a sale of a home, and in most cases get you some time to find another home, and or money from your lender to be able to move. Every situation is different, and all cases are not the same. Attorneys are basically paid just to file motions into court or respond to case actions against you. There are numerous advances today, and the government may be able to assist you as well. But if Lighthouse wasn't here for you, then what would you do? Where would you go? Some of our clients were just besides themselves when they found out that spending $75 for a specialized letter from our company, saved them thousands of dollars in getting an attorney involved which in most cases didn't work out.
